Meet The Founder
Marrena is proud to lead a certified woman-owned executive search firm with practice areas that she is passionate about. Marrena has led recruiting and staffing organizations in procurement and supply chain for most of her career. She immerses herself in the strategy, innovation, and process improvement that drive these specialized disciplines.
As a business graduate from Western Michigan University, Marrena has worked with many industries including food manufacturing, automotive, high tech, social media, medical device, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, industrial technology, automation, utilities, aerospace, online and luxury retail, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and media.
She prides herself in not only understanding her practice areas but how they function in each industry and company culture. As an accomplished leader in her field, Marrena’s greatest reward has been raising two sons and adopting a third in his young adult years. She enjoys helping them find and follow their passions.
